After I filled out the application online and did the online interview portion I was asked to do a phone interview. The phone interview was conducted by a previous stewardess who was able to ask any questions at the end that I may have had about the process.

Lots of questions, rather formal, the atmosphere was quite stuffy. I only made it to the live interview after not hearing back for over 3 months. I still haven't heard back from the live interview but that was also over three months ago...
