I applied online and was moved to the video interview step. They ask bout five questions. You are speaking to a screen pre recorded questions. From my understanding they prefer the STAR method. I was not given a position however I feel that my nerves got the best of me.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
