Entrevista
I applied online around the first week of January, 2016. Got an email for the Video Interview by the second week of January, followed by an email for F2F the forth week of January. Finally had my F2F Interview the third week of February, 2016 at Delta Air Lines HQ Atlanta, GA.
-BE YOURSELF! Be very CONFIDENT! during the F2F interview. The process takes place in 3 groups and 3 rotations, the entire group that day was made up of roughly 60 people. Don't be afraid to ask questions, be present but not overwhelming!! BE YOURSELF! Take your time answering the questions! it's not a race! and don't be afraid to ask them to repeat the question. REMEMBER sMILE!! SMILE!!! but don't act fake act natural just not shy.
-DRESS THE PART!! try getting a navy blue or dark blue suite and red/ Wine color Tie! take all your documents! SS Card, Passport, Educational Degrees etc. and Print out what ever they ask you to print!! Also the HR/ Flight Attendant staff that are there are very nice and warming! don't be scared, They're there to help you succeed! REMEMBER To say hello to everyone or as many as you can. I didn't get to greet all of the staff, I missed like 5 or 7 of them. And talk to the other candidates!

After the rotations are done they call out names of individuals who got CJO's and I was one of the few people who were selected.
STUDY THE START FORMAT ANSWERING!!!
On some of the questions you have to think as a Flight Attendant on some you don't. some are past job questions and some are HOW WOULD YOU HANDLE THE SITUATION. but I feel the key points are to emphasize on are Communication, Costumer Service and the Company image, Team work, Learn from errors and moving along.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
