Fui entrevistado pela Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) em jan. de 2014
Entrevista
Be on time they are very friendly but watching you from the minute u get there. Me friendly and smile try and talk to every one. After a mix and mingle they call you into a room to sit with everyone flight attendants at the back of the room watching. Everyone has to go up an answer a few questions in front of the room its posted on a board what to answer. Your name where your from what do you currently do and if you speak any other languages. I do believe that from this point they have a strong decision on who has potential. After they show a video and have a Q&A. Then your waiting to be called for you're f2f with a flight attendant and a hr person . I've been twice and I used to work for them. It used to be two flight attendants but they changed it because it was said the picking wasn't being fair so now its hr in the interview. After you wait some more and if you got picked your never seen again if not your directed to the shuttle. I went with a co worker that got picked and she was gone a long time after I didn't get selected . It didn't matter that I worked for them.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
