Round 1 - Online Assessment: This round usually consists of multiple-choice questions.
Round 2 - Coding Round: In this phase, candidates solve coding challenges that assess their proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and programming languages relevant to the role.
Final Round - Face-to-Face Interview: The last stage involves an in-person or video interview where candidates discuss their technical expertise, problem-solving approach, and soft skills in greater detail.
The selection includes an online MCQ test on aptitude, verbal, and technical skills, an online coding test for shortlisted candidates, followed by interview rounds for final evaluation and hiring decisions.
The CTC for the role was 7 LPA, and the selection process consisted of five rounds: an easy online multiple-choice test, a medium to challenging online coding round, a medium-length interview, and the location was Hyderabad.
The process is very tough but the company is very good with good values and great team working which helps the interns and juniors. The process for getting hired includes 4 rounds
