The interview process was going smoothly, from the recruiter up to the technical interview, but when I reached the Hiring Manager interview and explained briefly my skills and past work experience then that was it. no questions asked from her no comments at all just asked me why I am leaving the company I said it's because of the work arrangement and that's it! all I know in the following day my application is already declined without me knowing why I got declined but from the beginning of the hiring process I was very clear with my work preferences and I pretty sure my skills matched with what they are looking for.
