Please read this before you apply for any job with this company. I applied for the PMO Analyst/Coordinator role based in the UK via via job board online. The agent called me next day to have a quick chat. I got an interview few days later. The first interview was with the team based in USA via Webex. It meant to be 30 mins interview but it took approx. 45 mins. The team was very polite, asked the right questions and overall very good impression. On next day I received a call from the Agent that they would like to invite me for 2nd interview with a local Manager on site in the UK. I was excited and was looking forward to meeting the local team. However, it was completely different to what I was expecting. The interviewer took me to the room that she hasn't booked and after 15 minutes of the interview we were kicked out. Then we sat in the middle of open-plan office where other people worked, talked, laughed and could hear our conversation. I felt uncomfortable and was disappointing with the approach. However, the worst thing was that the manager had completely different expectation in terms of this role than job description and US team. She event didn't ask me if I have any question. It was embarrassing and I wanted to finish this interview asap and just leave. I called the agent and explained that there was misunderstanding on this role etc. The agent has never called me back with the feedback and I noticed the job was re-posted on same day with changed in description. It was the most unprofessional, unorganised and disrespectful interview in my life. Very bad experience and impression and I would NOT recommend to anyone to apply for jobs in the UK.
