The first stage was recording 3 short video responses using an online automated video interview platform called Willo. All subsequent stages were conducted face-to-face over Google Meet. The second stage was a 90 minute technical interview with the CTO and one engineer. We discussed a bit more about my background and what I was looking for, then worked through a coding task using an online IDE. The final stage was a culture fit interview with colleagues outside of Engineering. I also requested an additional chat with the CTO and a different engineer to delve into some questions about the Engineering culture that we ran out of time to cover in the 2nd stage technical interview. The communication throughout the process was excellent and everyone I met was super nice.
