Describe a difficult situation with a customer at work and how have you handled it?

The customer wanted a specific product and argued because "he knew better", although he had no idea. I politely explained the correct information, and when he said I was wrong, I gave him tips on how to read about it more and said maybe I'm not updated! Meaning - even if customer is wrong, he is right.
