I dealt with a difficult customer at my current job who always wanted to critique the way things were run at my current company. They would call and have questions not even just regarding the products, but the website, how our marketing was done, etc. I dealt with this customer by always remaining calm listening to their concerns and explaining either why things were done the way they were or explain that I appreciate their feedback and will really try to put that into action.
