Since I had previous transport experience, my last time i was a team player was when another employee and I had to transport a patient on a bed and we had to constantly communicate to each other to make the transition of this patient safe, and on a timely manner to his/her important radiology test that had to be done as soon as possible because the patient's vitals was decreasing. Since our communication was excellent we transferred the patient to the test site on time and safe.
