I noticed an employee not wearing a hardhat in hardhat required area, I immediately stopped the employee from working. I politely informed the employee of the hazard. I moved the hardhat rack to a location so it requires you to put your hardhat on when exiting the building. At the end of the day I mentioned it to all operators as a safety topic.
