Every guest is difficult with their umming and ahhhhhing selves! Especially at Cracker Barrel since each guest is a country bumpkin. They sound like a bunch of pigs all up in a barn, doin the wild thang...opts let's keep it Country Fresh ( favorite saying there). They sound like they Makin Bacon. Bunch of hillbilly's...extremely predudice ( no i am not pullin the race card; I am white) I worked at this job 8 1/2 yrs and the bitches terminated me because a guest complained on Christmas Eve that there was no grits. We ran out and I am always nice to the guest..NO MATTER what and I got onto trouble. Manager hated me and home office did not protect me. They fought my unemployment and the administrative judge took my side....year and a half of unemployment checks. I believe they gave bad references to potentai jobs too! They are still payin to this day. It went down Dec 29, 2012 ( actual termination papers issued) . It is a cool job if they like you, I have been on both sides of fence. Never cool to get on bad side but u walk in one day and YOUR IT! When it is all said and done I hope to have them in court! I have severe ADHD, Manager told unemployment Judge that I forgot to take meds that day... don't know she violated ADA. She went there Tryin to make me look incompetent and was to dumb to know that she violated ADA regulations. Nobody would have known that I was ADHD. I dont use it as a crutch. Bottom line is: it is a decent company if the GM is professional and ,most that I have met at Cracker Barrel during my career were. Jobs
