I used an example of when I was switched to a different working location out of nowhere, I had to learn new skills quickly, adapt, own my learning and took it as an opportunity to learn new skills and gain more knowleage, change is constant and we have to learn to adapt and continue learning. Somewhere around those lines, its been some time since the intervie but I did used the star method for all of them!
