I told them how I used to work in this company which cut metal pieces into nozzles and were being dumped in a big container. More than a couple times I noticed that the container wasn't placed where it needed to be. Due to that, all the waste metal was falling on to the pathway for employees. As a result, some of the employees were injured or had minor cuts on their feet or legs. So, I decided to check every day and move the container into the right place. From then on, there were no injuries.
