I developed a high performing team by coaching effective ways of working. I taught the team to break issues down into manageable work items that are achievable within a sprint. Whilst breaking the issues into sub-tasks consider complexity of each and estimate them accordingly. Also reject issues which a too large to be completed in a sprint
