Verizon may do things a little differently than I'm used to, but the way I currently view my schedule is as a bare minimum. I *have* to be at work during that time obviously. Am I going to get to work 5 minutes before work starts? No. I'm going to be at least 15 minutes early, and often 30 minutes early or more. If it's okay with you, I'll usually start working as soon as I come in as well. The schedule is also a guideline as well. By that I mean that if I'm scheduled 10-8, but I'm still with a customer at 8:01, I'm not out the door! Under normal circumstances, I'm with that customer whether we finish at 8:02 or 9:02, or 10:02.
