I have been in education for over 11 years. I started out as a class aide in a charter school for 5th/6th graders. I assisted with supervising work completion, assigning class jobs and teaching class as needed. For the next 7 years I did one on one tutoring to grades k-6 in math and language arts. For two years I was an afterschool instructor for 10-15 students. For the past two years I have been with OUSD last year as an aide in a special ed class and then as an academic mentor doing small group pull-outs
