we have five project phases namely initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control finally project closure. initiation entails the initial stages of the project and elaborating what it entails. Planning phase includes the resources required, monetary, people and other requirements; execution is the actual implementation of the project; then monitoring and control comes in as one checks the planned activities versus target-similarly checking on the challenges and mitigation of the same.
