Initial interview over Google Meet video conferencing. Pretty basic questions and questions related to past experience and skills listed on my resume. The guy was too nice and he told me about the working environment and company culture. The second round would be to complete the task on their project (this was the paid task for $30 per hour). I completed the task and incorporated all their feedback on time and they followed up with the positive response. Then the guy told me that the final interview will be with the owner. Then all of a sudden he told me that my work experience is "not enough" with no further response. So I felt like that I wasted my 3 to 4 weeks going with the whole process.
