I applied for the role and it took about nearly 2 weeks to get the interview call. From the beginning, he was prepared to make sure that I had a hard time. The role was for IT project management intern and he kept me pressuring me with questions related to the product of Eurex. As someone who has handled interviews in the past, I know what sort of questions I have to prepare for as a candidate. But he was from another planet. Being an Indian myself and the interviewer being an Indian, he had this smug smile on this face the whole time knowing that it will be hard for me to answer these questions. And then he looked at my CV and sarcastically said "You have written a lot of things on your CV but what have you actually done!!" Absolutely unbelievable! I am located in Berlin and the location for the job was written as Frankfurt, although it said nothing about being there in person because sometimes, you only need to be in office once in a while. After all the annoyance, he said you have to be in office everyday which was impossible from my end. The point is I have clearly written on my CV that I am located in Berlin so the recruiter could have verified this first and then not shortlist me which would have saved me and the company a lot of time. It was really unprofessional and I am happy that the company didn't consider me.
