The process came to fruition through referral. The process was standard and very professional. The lead interviewer was extremely helpful and frank. The first round of interviews involved the introduction to three key members of the organization. The second round of interviews helped to bring to light the culture of the organization which strongly aligned with my personal goals and life choices; however, the entire process led to compensation discussion via phone. Because the entire process was originally started with one on one interviews, at my request, I desired to meet and discuss compensation in person. It is a very important aspect of making a life career choice.
