the interview process is very thorough and challenging yet friendly as well. The interviewers would really take the time to get to know you and your value-adding skills and capabilities, but more importantly, is the character and matching with the culture of the bank, this process was quite obvious since you will be in front of a panel and questions will not just be based on your work experience but in life in general.
