After the online application and the reasonal thinking test, the first round interview consited on three rouds, of around 30 minutes each, with three different analysts of the Corporate Finance team. The interviews were one by one and there were a few minutes among the rounds. Questions asked regarded current market trends, current hot issues on the international scene and on the intalian one, projects evaluation, ratio analysis and comparison among different companies, brain teasers and motivational questions.
