I did 3 phases of process for DT CSP (inhouse consulting). It was an extremely long and tiring process and I only got very positive feedback throughout all the phases. In the last one, the final phase, they again only gave me very positive feedback. The next day they call me saying they would not make me an offer because they needed someone senior, even though it was never explicitly said that. On the contrary, they made me believe they would also hire me as a junior. I have prepared over 200 hours for this process during the 3 months it lasted. I only wish they had been transparent from the first moment with me, and said they only had a senior spot. I knew I was not a senior consultant, and I wouldn't have gone through all of this if they had been honest and open with me.
