Good luck on the DM job. The company has there head shoved up there own butts that they dont know how to treat people at all. Be prepare to talk about competencies with your regional staff to kiss butt so they stay off your back. Just don't talk about the past or they will shun your district forever!!!! They don't like talking about the past because they know they don't run efficient at all. Everytime you turn around theyre making stupid programs like the stocker station and expecting 3 stockers to work 10 hours each to stock 2000 case trucks. 48-72 items per case......... DM pay is crap. you can make more delivering pizzas
