The interview process was honestly the most transparent and candid interview process I ever went through. It was more conversational than anything, discussing my path and what has me interested in the talent industry. I spoke to all 3 partners including the CEO over a 2-3 week process, and they wanted me to ask as much from them as they did from me. I had one skills drill to do after my conversations.
