Candidates are required to travel to the office with their laptops to complete a four-hour TestGorilla assessment, including a video interview in their offices. However, after the interview, candidates are simply asked to go home without any communication on the next steps. Even after completing the assessment, there is no feedback on whether they passed or failed. I believe it would be more efficient and considerate to allow candidates to complete the test remotely, especially since it can easily be done from home, rather than requiring them to travel long distances to the office solely for the assessment.
