Very good experience. First round was basic questions about probability/coding/DFA's financial philosophy from HR. Second round was a whiteboard coding question over a shared google doc, same for third round. Finally I flew out to Charlotte for the final round, interviewing with both quantitative and non-quantitative members of the research team, as well as the analytics team, on a broad range of both technical and behavioral/general fit questions.
