3 rounds - first was IQ test, second with the senior management and the last with the HR. The HR round is just to discuss the salaries and they Hire mostly freshers who have just recently graduated as the Job profile is not that great

It's a very stupid profile. You just have to send and receive mails. There is no growth and you cannot leave within a year since they have a annual contract. Interview was very easy. You need to have some basic Knowledge in domains,website,etc

1.Aptitude test which had 20-30 MCQs.
2.Managerial interview: they asked a general question on the advertising business.
3. Final interview was just for 10 mins with the branch head and was easy.
