Applied online and in person. Got interview date over a week later. Interview process 30 minute test including maths, airport codes, questions about company -which year did they found how many airports etc. If successful you get an interview. 2 people one writing notes one asking

He is not asking for any background of your past employment because he has already seen a track record of a applicant before he interview,4. The common thing of answer YES or NO is the prefer answer
