I said no - I work really hard and studied a lot in school to achieve a really high GPA, but it did not come easily. I defined a genius as someone who doesn't have to work hard for perfect grades, and since I had to put a lot of time and effort into my academic career, I was not a genius, just a really hard worker. He didn't seem very pleased with my answer (he obviously considered himself a genius), but then again, it was hard to tell because he was unfriendly the whole time.
