Although I had not previously done cold calling, since about 95% of my leads came through inbound strategies. I answered that I was confident my commercial skills would allow me to take on this challenge. I acknowledged that it would be a personal hurdle, as I have often perceived cold calls as intrusive or difficult from the client’s perspective, which can naturally create some insecurities. However, I also recognized that succeeding in this role would require breaking those paradigms and adapting, turning this perception into an opportunity for learning and growth.
