Yes, I spend a lot of time on the phone with my current job. I am an in-home provider and handle every aspect of the clients life. With that I have to make lots of calls to doctors offices, pharmacies, insurance companies, hassle cable companies, the whole nine yards. It requires versatlitly and the ability to know when you get them on the phone, if they will give you what you need.
