Yes, I administered the variable pay program for salespeople and department managers at Nordstrom. I assisted in rolling out the new commission program for the salespeople. My task was to look at historical sales data and calculate a "what if" scenarios to see the what impact (positive or negative) it had on salespeople. We identified who would be the most negatively impacted by the new commission program and set those salespeople on a "transition" plan. I calculated the department manager bonuses monthly ensuring accuracy and calculating adjustments when necessary. I distributed their bonus targets quarterly and answered all questions related to their bonus.
