I worked for a company that contracted out service to improve customer relations, improve customer satisfaction, and provide an efficient and hands on tools to guide them in difficult or technical issues. NASCAR was my biggest client. support.nascar.com became my baby. Building web pages to help customers through technical, billing, and general issues with their online race apps and mobile apps, gave me a sense of purpose and pride. Being a racing fan myself, I knew of the importance to enjoy a race without complications. As I now do hands on Customer Service for Kohl's, I am able to provide customers with a pleasant experience encouraging them to return.
