I did training in the lab of the chamber of commerce but i wasn't allowed to touch the equipments my self, they used it to detect if the olive oil was mixed with another, prepared the sample then injecting it and watching the detector, the technicien was very helpful and explained in details. In the lab of university also i wasn't allowed to work it my self just observing the techniciens, it was for a sample i extracted from the leaf of the capparis spinosa and we needed to know what was the precipitate that appeared after one week of the preparation unfortunately there was several students working and well the GC broke down. Probably not the answer you are waiting for nor you want to hear but we are self-educated and self-made and we are highly motivated and very hard worker, the graduate of the UL.
