I prefer Leadership roles. However, effective leadership requires one to be consistently upto date with knowledge and skills, apply and teach evidence based practice. Education is also required Inorder to carry out effective research for my career growth, and to educate others in regards to the skills that are necessary to locate meaningful and upto date practice.
