Working in outside sales, you have to be able to work well independently, manage and schedule your own time, know how to prioritize and be responsible for your time. What I did not know at the time is that your boss will micro-manage you, your appointments are largely scheduled by others and its up to you to fit all the demands from senior and mid-level management into your day, without exception.
