Had a quick 30 minute phone call with the DOF. He gave me a run down of the company, and told me my interview would be fore to prepare a presentation off of data set, which I would need to provide analysis and advice on. I met with him and the CEO and the meeting went very well, they were nice guys, and it was an overall great experience. They told me they would let me know their decision soon. After a week I sent a follow up email to check in and see if they had made a decision, and if they had any other questions. I sent another email a week later. I sent another email the next week to the HR girl that first contacted me. I also tried calling the DOF once and left him a voicemail to ask about the status. I have since moved on to another job i love, so I think it was a blessing I didn't get this one. However, to this day I never heard another word. I would recommend they follow up with candidates in the future, even if the answer is no.
