Interview process was very straightforward and had below steps. I have interviewed for senior Java developer role. All steps are face to face and completed within single day. 1. Written test. Basic Java assessment. 2. Technical discussion 3. Technical discussion I did not got past 3rd round, but I think that was final step before some attitude check round and getting offer. They did not provide the reason for rejecting my candidature. Just said you are not suitable for profile we are looking for. They also discussed salary in technical discussion. People talking interview were very polite and I never felt that they were showcasing any superiority. Most of discussion were just a discussion between two developers discussing about possible solutions and outcome.
