They asked a few very general questions then had me answer a quiz online that had really simple questions such as "Do you think stealing is bad?". I feel like if someone was a bad person they would be able to easily tell which answer would be the best.

The interview process was laid back and I felt comfortable to ask the hiring manager questions. I was respected and understood everything the manager was saying. I went into the back and we sat down and she told me about my position. She made it very clear as to what I had to do. She let me ask my questions that I had written before.
