The interview process was straight forward. I went to the SHPE Utah Conference 2023 and they asked me to interview with them there. It was a panel interview with three people, two online through teams and one in person. Asked mostly about my resume and to use STAR method. Went decently and they said we will be in contact. I later received an email roughly 1.5 months later for a second interview and this was purely online through teams, also asking about my resume and behavioral questions. Mostly trying to get to know me. I received the offer 5-6 weeks later on the phone and later received it through email.
