I called to the recruiter, as the job did not had no description and we scheduled the interview. No CV has been asked and no interest for details from the company. It is true that this is a franchise, established in Romania by a company with a totally different profile, even they are already operating few locations in Bucharest. The person in charge with the interview was busy and after waiting for 40 minutes she delegated an young guy without any mandate him to sustain the interview.
