CEO was the interviewer and was rude and interrogative. Interviewer arrived late, on the phone and continued to talk on the phone for a few minutes after sitting down. I was very uncomfortable and the interview did not feel like the ‘informal chat’ it was described to me as, I felt more interrogated than interviewed. I also did not feel that any attempt was made to get to know me even the tiniest bit.
