Recruiter contacted me via email shortly after applying. Setup 15 minute interview via calendar link. Conversation was very minimal, recruiter discussed the role for 10 minutes, asked a few minutes worth of questions and that was it. Said he should be following up in 1 day, its been almost 2 weeks and nothing from him. Fairly disconnected interview and process, not surprised at the least. Simple follow up isn't much to ask considering that is your job as a recruiter. Seems this was likely to check some boxes with little intention of actually hiring or considering candidates. Do better DoorDash!
