      Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa DoorDash (New York, NY).

      Entrevista

      I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. I was not actively searching, but had a great phone call so I was intrigued and agreed to come on-site. When I got to the DoorDash office no one seemed to know that I had been scheduled for an interview that morning. Instead of having an in person meeting I ended up being taken to a conference room where I Skyped with the interviewer who was not in the office that week. It would have been great to know that the person was out of the office so I could have Skyped from home instead of taking time off work to do a video call from another location. The person I chatted with was clearly uninterested and unprepared for the interview. Despite this experience I sent a follow up email thanking them and quickly received a “thanks, but no thanks” in response. Overall this was an underwhelming experience and I would not consider them for future opportunities.

      The interview process involves a working session and presentation covering requisition intake, strategy, mapping, etc. The candidate experience is HORRIBLE and involves more work than gratitude shown. I would not recommend this place to anyone

      The interview process was insulting. I had a phone interview with a CPA for a recruiting position. The women I interviewed with did not know how to explain the initiative they were hiring for. Two months have past since my interview and I still have not heard anything back.

      I had to complete a presentation and I interviewed 7 times which was very time consuming. They should definitely not require that many interviews for any role especially if you don't offer that person the role

      Behavior based questions, the questions were not hard but you definitely will need to have examples prepared because different interviewers many an you the same questions.
