I spoke with the recruiter for a phone screen, completed the data analytics exercise - it was a lot of data but I think they are mainly looking for someone who can make some valuable insights / summary based on the data and next steps based on your findings. Next I had two video interviews, which went very well. Both interviewers were very nice and smart. It was more of a conversation style case where you just ask questions through out which I appreciated. The final step was the final round in which it was four interviews, one full case study that was still pretty conversational. There was another seemed like more of a speed round critical thinking mixed with behavioral and the other two were pure behavioral. Overall everyone I met was really smart, a hard-worker, knowledgable / passionate about the business, and looking for people with a similar mindset.

Had a phone screener with a recruiter who very clearly did not want to be there and just asked typical generic questions about my background, communication styles, etc. Was given a take home case study and short SQL exercise and given 48 hours to return it (which I spent most of my weekend on) only to receive an auto reject email two days later. I did not get to speak to the hiring manager or anyone on the team I applied for.
