This was probably the worst phone screen experience in my entire career. DoorDash doesn't care about their recruiting process. I was interviewed by a 3rd party agency and the recruiter clearly was reading from a script. She wanted to get her behavior questions answered and I had no opportunity to ask questions. She wasn't friendly and I felt as if I was just a number. If this is a reflection of DoorDash, I would never want to work for them. I also had to follow up with the recruiter 3 weeks later to find out that they decided not to move forward. Not surprised.
