I was a referral from someone that works there so you would think they would take that in to account but the Recruiter was totally non responsive, and impossible to communicate with. Zero people skills. I didn’t get the feeling that anyone was too excited to be working there based on the lack of enthusiasm on all of my zoom calls. I was hoping to have a better experience with the Hiring Manager but he was just as disappointing. The Recruiter didn’t give any feedback or detail about the decision they made even after making it to the final round.

The interview process involves a working session and presentation covering requisition intake, strategy, mapping, etc. The candidate experience is HORRIBLE and involves more work than gratitude shown. I would not recommend this place to anyone
